3rd place for Thomas Steger and 4th place for Miki Taagholt!
With last year's winner Funk and the two-time world champion in the distance. Gustav Iden, the favorites were quickly identified. But a multitude of fast athletes suggested an interesting race. And so it was. Local hero Richard Varga proved to be attacking from the beginning. Those athletes who followed him paid for it later. From the chasing group our two athletes came up with Iden. So an exciting race was to be expected. It ended with a victory of the World Champion, a second place for the local hero and a third place for Steger. Just ahead of his teammate Miki Taagholt in 4th place.
