How did you come to triathlon and what sporting past do you have?

In my early childhood, I started swimming for eight years in a club.

About ten years ago, I decided with a friend to do a little self-managed duathlon. This was my first touch with multisport. One year later, I participated at the Apfelland Triathlon (Olympic Distance), which was my first triathlon ever.

What do you like most about the sport?

Seeing different places in training as well as in races

Your greatest achievements?

Finishing Ironman Austria 2022, Participating at Olympic Distance EM in 2017 in Kitzbühel

What do you do besides sport (job, family, ..)?

I live with my girlfriend in Vienna and work as a database developer. Beside sports, I love to travel.

How do you manage to balance family, work and sport?

Luckily, I can organize my working time most of the time myself. I also have a very understanding and supporting girlfriend, which is the most important aspect for me
