Athlete information
The Sport is very demanding due to the three different disciplines. Not only physically, because there are also many mental aspects involved. So the challenge is that, every athlete have to find the right balance between the disciplines for himself to get the best out of it. In addition to that, you can grow beyond your limits.

I work as a sports scientist. In addition to the sport, I like to do something with my friends. But I also practice other sports in my free time, such as hiking or skiing.
I make sure that I have enough time for my family, job and friends. In the important training weeks before races, I only focus on sport. My Family und Friends support me and give me the time to do it.
