Basically, I've been doing sports since I was a child. Before I got into triathlon, I played football and table tennis at the club level. I was also regularly found on tennis courts. In addition to football training, I sometimes accompanied my parents on their regular runs, so even then I went running every now and then. My brother's successful entry into cycling also sparked my interest in road cycling. When I stopped playing soccer in 2018, I wanted to set new goals and in 2019 I started the experiment, half-distance at the Südkärntner Triathlon'. At least since this competition, I was really hot about this sport.
Above all, the variety and the freedom that this sport gives you. Nothing beats a morning jog in the woods or a bike ride along the lake. In my opinion, sport gives back a lot.
At every competition, I've finished healthy and with a smile on my face.
In addition to sports, I work as a social worker in the social field. I also spend all my free time with my girlfriend, my family and I like to meet up with friends.
In order to successfully reconcile everything, it takes a lot of understanding, support, and love from those around you. Time management is also an important aspect.
Consistent, appreciative, compassionate, purposeful.
