Played soccer before; My sister was in the swimming team: after i stopped soccer, i started swimming as well. In The same year i started triathlon as well. First years i did sprint and olympic distance. I raced ITU until 2017 for Portugal. In 2018 i raced my first longer distance. In 2020 i focused in the longer distances. I am planning to race a lot of 70.3 and long distance races.

I like the mix oft he three disciplines. I never get tired of one sport and also the amount of work and constant training, which is required to be good in our sport. Besides that, the camaraderie in triathlon is unique, which i like a lot.
